Borrowers

Foreign nationals and ITIN. These are not the same loan.

An ITIN borrower is a taxpayer without a Social Security number. A foreign national is a non-resident buying here. The reserves, the down payment, and the visa or passport rules are different. Treating them as one product is how files die in underwriting.

Both programs are in the catalog. Which one fits is a document question, answered on the file.

A Social Security number and a first home uses the first-time door. Do not rename one product into the other.

Programs that match this borrower

Vismar Corporation dba Elite Fundings, NMLS #2046870. A program link explains the loan. It is not a rate quote and not a pre-approval.

Questions from this borrower

Can an ITIN borrower use a foreign-national loan?

Those are different overlays. We pick from the document you actually have. We do not rename one into the other.

Can I close without coming to California?

Some files close with a power of attorney and the right overlay. That is not a promise on this page.

Do you publish a down-payment percent here?

No. It moves by program and by the file. A fixed percent on this page would be a guess.
