Do student loans kill the file?
They can, on a standard conventional underwrite. Some physician overlays treat them differently. That treatment is confirmed on the file.
Does this cover dentists, pharmacists, and practice owners?
Some overlays do and some stop at physicians. We read the license against the overlay. We do not widen it on a webpage.
